Produced from selected finest breed pigs reared in a non-intensive way.

Sourced from farms in Lancashire, each pig has enjoyed a cereal based diet, the freedom to excersise and high standards of animal husbandry.

All of our middle, back bacon and gammon are dry cured at Walmsleys to a Gold Medal winning recipe, with absolutely no added water.
